Shipping Rates and Times

We are proud to say all orders shipped to a US Military or Diplomatic address (APO/FPO/DPO) are sent with an express delivery method, with no additional charge to our military customers. Thank you for your service.

The shipping options available for an order are determined by the contents of the order and the shipping address. The Checkout page will only display the shipping methods that your order qualifies for. If you change your address or the contents of your shopping bag so that your order no longer qualifies for your shipping choice, the site will ask you to edit your order before you proceed to Checkout. Shipping costs are indicated on the order confirmation screen before you complete your order.

These rates are subject to change at any time. Same-day shipment may occur for orders of items in stock that are placed before 2:30 PM Eastern on business days.

The times listed here are in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding all national holidays) and are estimates. Due to current world events impacting the United States and other countries, our delivery partners have informed us to expect packages to take up to 8 weeks for delivery to certain APO/FPO/DPO U.S. military addresses.

We're now shipping from three distribution centers to get your orders to you as quickly as we can. Once your order is placed in our systems, we'll choose our best location to ship from based on what we've got in stock and where your shipment's going. If all the items you choose are in stock, we'll need no more than 2 business days to process your order before it leaves our distribution center.

Certain items are ineligible for free or discounted shipping promotions, such as our Everyday Free Shipping offer. The minimum purchase required for a free or discounted shipping promotion doesn't include, and free or discounted shipping doesn't apply to, contact lenses, gift certificates, bulk orders, orders over 20 pounds, applicable shipping charges, or sales tax. Free or discounted shipping doesn't apply to backorder, preorder, heavy, or oversize items. Eligible items are marked with our free shipping truck logo on the product information pages. If you have one or more ineligible items in your cart, you will be invited to remove the item(s) if you wish to qualify for free or discounted shipping.

² Order processing time frames apply to items currently in stock at the distribution center closest to you. If not all items are in stock there, we will ship as much of your order as we can immediately, and ship the rest of your items as soon as they become available.

Addressing

Please provide the full name of the recipient, and the full 9-digit ZIP Code if one has been assigned. For some addresses, such as mobile navy units, any mail without the 9-digit ZIP code will be returned to us as undeliverable. Items on Order

If an item is currently out of stock, the date we expect to have the product back in stock will be on that item's description page. If you choose to purchase the item anyway, a preorder/backorder shipping surcharge will apply. Availability dates for items on order are estimates, and are not guaranteed.

Restrictions on Air Shipping

Most of our packages are delivered by a combination of air and ground transport. However, the US Department of Transportation (DOT) prohibits air shipment of items that could contribute to an onboard fire or other mishap. We are therefore unable to ship DOT-restricted (hazmat) items to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

International Shipping

Shipping to a destination that requires a customs declaration will result in your packing slip identifying the package contents to be included on the customs label.
